Client Testimonials

Before submitting a recent tender, we knew we’d benefit from professional, expert guidance throughout. Chrissi provided exactly that. Her knowledge of the tender system, of local authorities, of how to put our best foot forward, was astounding. She really knows her stuff! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and wouldn’t dream of submitting another tender without her by our side. Thank you, Chrissi!

Christina, from BidQuest was fundamental to our bid maturity strategy, which aimed to expand all our services (due to multiple acquisitions) across a significant Government Procurement Framework. From programme management, to identifying the services, managing the diverse stakeholders, producing our service definitions, branding, marketing, and pricing strategy, Christina managed it all. Without her professionalism, experience and leadership, we never would have pulled it off on time. I would highly recommend her to any organisation. Her positivity is infectious, she works well with any team and role.

This tender was a major milestone for Bikedok, and Chrissi played a huge part in making it happen. She helped us navigate a demanding process, strengthened our strategy, and turned our technical expertise into a clear, compelling bid. Winning our first ever public sector contract on our first attempt was a fantastic outcome - and Chrissi was key to that success

The Challenge
Bikedok is an ambitious start-up with a brilliant idea - to design and manufacture secure, tech-enabled cycle storage solutions that make active travel easier and safer. But like many early-stage businesses, they faced two big hurdles: they had no previous contract history and no experience bidding to the public sector.
Competing against established suppliers with long track records can feel daunting for a new business. The tender process itself - with its formal documentation, compliance requirements, and technical scoring criteria - can quickly become overwhelming without the right guidance.
The Solution
Working closely with Bikedok’s passionate and talented team, I helped them translate their innovative technology and strong vision into a professional, persuasive tender submission for a major UK Council’s Secure Cycle Parking programme. Together, we:
- Interpreted the Council’s documentation and clarified complex requirements.
- Crafted a win strategy that showcased Bikedok’s innovation, sustainability, and customer-focused design.
- Highlighted their strengths - product quality, flexibility, technical expertise and founding partner credibility - in ways that built trust despite their lack of previous contract experience.
- Developed compelling responses across key areas including installation, service delivery, and emerging technology.
- Developed impactful social value commitments, aligning their story with the Council’s sustainability and community goals.
The Outcome
Bikedok not only submitted a compliant, high-scoring bid - they won their very first public sector contract. This was also their first contract as a company, marking a major milestone in their growth.
The success positioned Bikedok as a credible and competitive player in the active travel market, opening doors to future opportunities with councils and transport authorities nationwide.
